When sending processing please
make sure that you address your envelope correctly.
- The correct address is Prepare-Enrich, P O Box 448,
Sutherland, NSW 1499.
- Please ensure that the postcode is printed within the
postcode squares on the envelope (or where the squares would appear if
using a blank envelope).
- We have found that mail that is incorrectly addressed or
the postcodes not written in the correct position is being delayed
(sometimes up to 2 weeks) as it has to be sorted by hand.
- It is preferable to use a business size envelope (110mm x
220mm) with the answer sheet folded in three along the printed lines.
- Larger envelopes take longer to be delivered as they are
sorted last by the Post Office.
If you do not receive your processing within 1 week (NSW) or between 1
and 2 weeks other states please contact the Processing Centre on (02)
9545 4566 to check if it has been received and/or processed.
Please remember to photocopy your answer sheets before sending them for
processing. This will save the couple having to redo the questionnaire
should mail not reach the processing centre.
