Some Tips Regarding
Answer Sheets...
It might come as a surprise, but
our postal system is not perfect. On occasions we receive phone
calls from Administrators wondering why they have not received their
scored reports. Usually, this is due to our office not ever having
received the answer sheets.
If the answer sheets have been lost in transit and you have not made a
photocopy of the answer sheets, the only thing to be done is to have
the couple complete the inventory again.
We suggest that you routinely make photocopies of completed answer
sheets and retain these until you no longer need to keep them (after
the Report has been received or when you have finished working with the
couple). If the originals are lost the photocopied answers can be
transcribed onto fresh answer sheets for scanning and scoring.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND US THE PHOTOCOPIES SINCE THEY WILL NOT SCAN.
Also, our Processing Office sometimes receives sets of answer sheets
that require some time-consuming additional work. Most often this
is due to the following problems:
- The answers are not made using the correct pencil.
Anything other than a lead pencil (a 2H or 2B pencil is best) will be
unreadable by our scanner.
- Incorrect answers have not been completely erased.
- The answer sheets are photocopies of the sheets completed
by the couple. As noted above, if you photocopy them, send us the
originals and retain your photocopies.
- The answer sheets have been folded incorrectly. Just
use the fold lines marked on the sheets themselves.
- The answer sheets are not those provided by us - they are
photocopies on a different grade of paper and contain distortions and
different textures of printing and colour. Only use the sheets we
provide.
- The information identifying the Administrator has not been
completed.

PROCESSING FEE NOW $44.00
This is the first increase in the base cost of processing since
1999.
Our aim is to maintain the new processing charge for a lengthy period
of
time (as we have done before). We always aimed to make the processing
cost
comparable to that of a modest meal for a couple – we feel sure that
$44
(for a couple) is still well and truly within those limits.
