So, if your report has not been received within 10 days of your having mailed them to our office please contact us without delay. We process daily during the working week, so a non-arrival after 10 days probably indicates that something has gone astray. A good precaution is to routinely make photocopies as a backup and send
the orginals to us for scoring. Note: Only send us photocopies in
the event of mail going astray, since we cannot scan photocopies and would
need to transpose the responses to printed answer sheets.
