About Answer Sheets...

Our Processing Office sometimes receives sets of answer sheets that require some time-consuming additional work.  Most often this is due to the following problems:

The answers are not made using the correct pencil.  Anything other than a lead pencil (a 2H or 2B pencil is best) will be unreadable by our scanner.

Incorrect answers have not been completely erased.

The answer sheets are photocopies of the sheets completed by the couple. If you photocopy them, send us the originals and retain your photocopies.

The answer sheets have been folded incorrectly.  Just use the fold lines marked on the sheets themselves.

The answer sheets are not those provided by us - they are photocopies on a different grade of paper and contain distortions and different textures of printing and colour.  Only use the sheets we provide.

The information identifying the Administrator has not been completed.

We would appeciate it if you could ensure that you avoid these problems when sending answer sheets in for processing.
