Don't Lose your Couples!

There are a number of practical hints that, if followed, can minimise the chances of your processing going astray: 
 
Please make sure that your return address is on the back of the envelope in which you send us the couple's answer sheets.  If the material fails to reach us, and goes somewhere else, a "return to sender" label will ensure that you will get the material back. 

If you have not received the report from us after a reasonable period of time (say, two weeks) please contact us on (02) 9545 4566.  Sometimes we receive answer sheets that do not include the administrator's usercode and there is no sender address on the envelope - so we have no idea who has sent this to us until they call us. 

Remember to make sure that you have indicated your details on the couple's answer sheets

Remember to inform us of any change of address - we send the report to the address we have for you on our database, so please make sure you keep our database up to date in all respects. 

Finally, make sure you send the answer sheets to the correct address
